Synperonic PE/L31
Synperonic PE/L31 is a low HLB ethylene oxide/propylene oxide block copolymer with a low polyethylene oxide content. The low polyethylene oxide content makes Synperonic PE/L 31 suitable water in oil emulsification. Synperonic PE/L31 will also act as a low HLB co-emulsifier in blended surfactant systems.
